What is your current production time?
Rings: Can take approximately 5 business days but can take up to 12 business days. All rings are made-to-order.
Earrings: Available to ship within 2-5 business days. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
Necklaces: Available to ship within 2-5 business days. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship.
How fast are orders processed?
Once it is ready to ship out, you will receive an email notification with all of your tracking and shipping info. If there is a specific piece you are interested in and need quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to expedite your order and provide you an exact date for shipping.
Do you have a shop where I can try on pieces?
No, we are sold exclusively online. By not having a retail location we are able to pass along those savings and that helps keep our prices low for our customers.
Do you do take custom work or special orders?
Yes, we are able to take custom orders and can usually offer a lower price then many other jewelers. Please send emails to email@example.com for more info.
How long does shipping take?
We ship using USPS and depending on delivery location, shipping can take between 2-5 business days. You can always track your order using the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is sent out. If you need help finding your tracking number or have further questions about shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! For international orders, please allow 5-7 additional business days for your package to arrive. The price for international shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on your country.
International Taxes & Duties?
Please note that once your order arrives local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
I’m having problems with tracking. Can you help?
USPS takes about 1-2 days to update tracking initially. If you are having issues with tracking your order, please email email@example.com.
Do you require signature upon delivery?
We require signature for orders over $1000. If you would like to add or remove this option from your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can accommodate your request.
Returns & Warranties
What is your return policy?
We offer returns up to 30 days from the day your item is shipped. Rings incur a $25 fee due to sizing.
Does my order include a warranty?
We include a six month warranty and repairs are free within this time period. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones larger then 2mm. We are also unable to return any items once a third party jeweler has altered them.
My piece broke within the warranty period. How do I initiate a repair?

My piece broke outside of the warranty period. Do you accept fixes for additional fees?
Yes, please send us a pic at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you an estimate on repair. Our cost should be lower them traditional jewelry stores since we use our network of professional jewelers and can pass along industry pricing to you.
How do I find out my ring size?
We offer a plastic ring sizer on our website to help determine the correct size.
What if my rings/purchase does not fit?
You can simply do a return or exchange.
